Linda Crochet

Linda joined the Luxon Brown team in 2025 serving an integral role in building and serving our Retirement Plan portfolio clients. She serves plan advisors and supports plan participants in optimizing 401(k) savings to achieve their financial and retirement objectives. Linda has worked in the retirement plan industry for 19 years and understands the value of retirement savings and the vast tax benefits that employers and participants can leverage. Her work & life philosophy is built on 3 pillars: authentic relationships, expertise & continuous learning, and Christian stewardship.

Linda earned her bachelor’s and master's degrees from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA and has held positions at Acxiom Corporation, Paychex Inc, Acadian Wealth Management and Christ the King Catholic Church & School. She brings expertise in HR/Employee Benefits, Data Privacy and Compliance, and Small Business Sales & Consulting to our team, and is a delight to work with!

Originally from Louisiana, she moved to Arkansas in 1996 and calls Little Rock home with her husband and 4 children. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her sons at sporting events (soccer, football, track/cross-country and pep band), playing Pickleball, participating in Scripture Study, cooking, hiking, and trying out the newest brunch spot. Linda never turns down an invitation to the lake.
