Chad Owens
Chad Owens is the Founder of Supersymmetry, a digital transformation consultancy, and serves as Fractional CTO/CMO at Luxon-Brown. After graduating with an architecture degree from the University of Arkansas, Chad began his career practicing architecture for four years before pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems in Georgia and transitioning into the digital agency world. He has spent the last 20 years working at the intersection of Marketing, Digital Strategy, and Digital Product development, managing cross-functional teams as Design Director, Vice President, and Founder across both large agencies and nimble startups. Having worked across nearly every industry vertical, Chad has found his deep experience in financial services to be the most interesting, challenging, gratifying, and rewarding.
Every day in Austin, Chad consults with organizations on driving growth and operational efficiencies by leveraging creative technology, Agentic AI, and automation solutions. His work focuses on providing digital transformation solutions that help firms enhance both their growth trajectories and operational capabilities through emerging technology and marketing expertise. As a passionate lifelong learner, Chad constantly pursues academic growth that can be applied to the evolving market and hosts a podcast that helps him stay current while driving insights into industry challenges and best practices.
Chad is married to Melinda, his wife of over 20 years, and together they have two children—Jacob and Kaelyn. His main passion outside of work is music, and he plays in two bands. Chad enjoys spending time with his family and actively participates in and encourages whatever activities his children are involved in, which, as he notes, can change on a dime.
